Justin was fantastic. Arrived early to our inspection time and was already getting to work on the outside of the home. He was incredibly thorough, not an inch of that house was ignored, and no matter how big or small something was, he brought it to our attention, but also told us possible solutions to the issues so we knew the full scope of what we were in for. We asked him probably a good 500 questions and he answered every single one kindly, professionally, and in detail. Would absolutely recommend him and his company to anyone in need of an inspection! Fantastic price as well, the least expensive quote we got but far from cheap quality service! Thanks Justin!

We used CVI to get an idea of what condition our home is in and we’re so pleased! Very thorough, informative and Justin really took his time to inspect and explain any questions that we had. If you need an inspection I highly recommend CVI!!! Don’t delay, outside of buying a house it’s also a great idea to keep up with unseen repairs.
