Cannot say enough good things about Nova Air Conditioning. They answer the phone every time and provide fast, dependable service. With a seasonal home, it's comforting knowing that when I am traveling and there is an issue, it is taken care of immediately. Their maintenance service pays for itself. It's been crucial to be proactive with my air conditioning unit in south Florida.

It is always a pleasure working with the team from Nova Air. They are courteous and extremely helpful from the call to set up an appointment to getting the work done. We had an issue with the system at my mom's late in the day and they had a technician there quickly to get the system working. Their customer service is second to none. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Nova is a professional courteous and quick responding service. From my first call at 8:30 in the morning they got a text to me at 4:00 p.m. my requested time my tech Andrew was courteous professional concerned answered all my questions. The office staff was reassuring, pleasant and spoke very courteous to me as we enjoyed our conversation I cannot highly recommend the service enough thank you Nova for keeping me cool!

Had an issue with the unit shuttingdown, called after hours and left message. Call returned first thing next morning and sent technician later that morning. Can't say enough about there service.

Finally committed to an AC maintaince contract.My interaction with Nova 's Andrew,Brandon and Colin through my neighbors experience and my baraging them with questions when I encountered them at other people's homes.So I had my first visit-Andrew showed as scheduled,got right to work.Flushed the AH and made a roof visit to the condenser. Happy to report no issues .And if I have this correctly Katelyn and Cassie- in the office as readily accessible by phone,pleasant and helpful with the scheduling and arrival time notice.
