Finally committed to an AC maintaince contract.My interaction with Nova 's Andrew,Brandon and Colin through my neighbors experience and my baraging them with questions when I encountered them at other people's homes.So I had my first visit-Andrew showed as scheduled,got right to work.Flushed the AH and made a roof visit to the condenser. Happy to report no issues .And if I have this correctly Katelyn and Cassie- in the office as readily accessible by phone,pleasant and helpful with the scheduling and arrival time notice.

Our tech, Andrew is the reason we switched to Nova Air and he’s amazing. He is so professional, fast, extremely knowledgeable and cares enough to be a great teacher. The girls in the office, Kaitlyn and Cassie were also amazing. Since Nova Air was referred to us by our friend/neighbor, who loves this company, we will be calling Nova Air for allour tri-yearly service calls and any repairs needed. Excellent company.

My ac went out Friday night Nova got me back up and running before bed time. If there were 10 stars I would give it. Awesome people overthere.
