My home warranty has sent this company out multiple times. They are the BEST! They communicate effectively and in a way that makes sense to someone who isn’t super familiar with HVAC stuff. When my home warranty was trying to leave me out to dry, these guys advocated for me and my family to ensure that we weren’t going any longer without heat due to my home warranty’s mistake. When my home warranty was trying to leave me out to dry, these guys advocated for me and my family to ensure that we weren’t going any longer without heat due to my home warranty’s mistake. They even remembered me and the things that have been going on with my systems. Jfam is truly that: fam! I’m a teacher, and there was even one time where they waited for me to meet them almost 30 minutes after being caught in a surprise parent-teacher meeting. I couldn’t recommend these guys enough. My furnace had an extremely loud humming noise and I did not know what was causing it. Jerry came out and identified the motor to be the issue and replaced it with ease. I will definitely be using him for any HVAC needs I have in the future.... More
