The next day he came and removed the flooring in the other rooms. He spent the day making sure there were no nails or imperfections in the sub floor. He worked on the off ice floor again. The third day he came with another man who installed the flooring in the livingroom and hall. Ken cut a portion of the sub floor in the office and replaced it with a new section of sub flooring, then installed the new floor. Throughout the process, Ken was patient, offering helpful advice, and worked hard to make sure the sub floors were in great shape for the flooring. They moved furniture when needed and returned it to its place. They swept the sub floor and took all the debris and materials away. My floor is beautiful. Before he left, Ken spent time telling me how to care for the new floor. I could not have asked for more professional, careful, considerate treatment. I had a nationally advertised company several years ago to put in my bathroom floor. When they removed the old flooring there was a similar problem with the sub floor. After putting a hole in the sub floor they told me they couldn't fix it and walked out leaving me with the mess. So I really appreciated the extra work Ken did. Less

Ken was great. He was so nice a personable. Very professional! The prices were great! Their work was impeccable. They did all the work took all my furniture apart moved it installed the carpet perfectly and put all my furniture back together and in its place where belongs. I didn't have to do anything. It’s absolutely beautiful. He had with him his dad who was awesome and a young teenage worker ... More
