Eric and team had done a somewhat a good job until I still own money. It was my fault to believe him and paid all the money before shower glass door and bathroom mirror got install. He did not even order the shower door or anything. I had to order the shower door and do all the work. He stopped all the communication after I paid full amount and now I am paying for shower door and mirror for the bathroom. Since the cost is less then $6000 (thank god), I can just take the regal bath to a small court to get my money. Just little extra work. I am sure I will learn something from this experience too. So, be aware out there.(After 6 months) The tile floor is shower is cracking and never gotMy money back. Be aware. I feel like I was discriminated by some of the crew members.After 12 months.I have all the proof that shows how Regal Bath has cheated me if anyone is interested. It shows that I have paid more than what was in updated contract. I just don’t want to take this company to the court because I am not too concerned about the money. But, if you are be aware!

There was zero communication between the person talked to and the working crew which lead to many issues including original 1910 wood work being thrown away that was to be kept among other things tossed that were to be kept. Things to be done weren't done or weren't finished leading to having to do them myself. I also now have a serious water leak due to something not being installed correctly and when brought up upon finishing was blown off. Now won't do anything to remedy the issues. Not professional, no communication, and no care for a historic home by painting original trim and damaging the finish on an 1890 staircase figural light for examples.

Had a terrible experience working with Eric and his team. My mother had them come in and remodel a bathroom. They didn't seal the shower properly and its been leaking into the kitchen downstairs. The shower door was anchored to nothing but drywall. We also had them do stuff throughout the house including painting and electrical. They painted the trim which we told them not to. They messed up multiple outlets. And they refuse to answer calls. Been trying to contact them for a year. Will be contacting the BBB!

Out of all the estimates we had Eric's was the lowest and he was from our local community so I wanted to support him. We decided to contract him to remove the wall between our kitchen and living room to make a great room. Overall we were very pleased with the pace and quality of the work. Somehow, during the process our doorbell wire got buried in the wall and it was too late to salvage it without damaging the entire project. Because we removed the wall, the wiring had to be rerouted to the crawlspace upstairs, and I wasn't too happy about how that wiring looked. But he reassured me that it's not a common area so people won't see it. I just kind of wanted him to take a little more pride in his craftsmanship and want to make it look perfect. We do have a ring doorbell camera system, so we were able to circumvent the problem with the doorbell wire. Again, I'm sure it wasn't intentional, but an unfortunate mistake. So there was a little negativity there, but the overall job looked great and got finished on time and I was happy to pay the price that I did.We had another contractor install quartz countertops and decided to get the backsplash done with custom tile that I ordered. We decided to have Eric do the job. We settled on a price that was less than the competition. Once again I was very pleased with the work that he did and this time there was no hiccups. I would recommend Eric and Regal Bath with no hesitation.
