I honestly, don’t even know where to begin because saying we had a great experience with Rise Lending doesn’t feel like enough ❤️ from the very beginning. I felt like we were being taken care of by Liberty Tiana and the whole group. They answered every question I had, explained things that we didn’t understand, kept us updated, and were always there when I needed them even if it was on a weekend or at night. There was never a time that we felt like we were bothering them or asking too many questions. What I appreciate most is how personal the entire experience is. We never feel like another number or their next transaction. We feel like they truly care about us and want the best for us and that is something you don’t find just anywhere. I would send any of my friends and family to Rise Lending without a second thought! We are so grateful for everything you did for us and for the way you treated us throughout the entire process. You have customers for life with us !!❤️ They even met us at the airport when my husband got off the plane from a business trip to congratulate us in person with a beautiful gift basket. A 2 hr. wait, due to delays! We truly feel loved and appreciated. Liberty and her entire group care and it’s not just a business transaction, but a relationship that is curated! Being real estate investors, we appreciate the constant hustle the Rise lending team has. Thanks for everything and we are looking forward to buying more homes with you in the near future!
