When I had discovered water damage to my wall from my leaking AC unit, I was referred by Frank Gay Services to United Water Restoration Group. UWRG provided immediate response and had sent an agent to assess the area within the hour. I was very pleased with how quickly the whole process took, considering this was during the holidays.Everyone was very courteous, unintrusive, & highly professional. They even made sure to be mindful of the aquariums & displays that were around the area. All were helpful when it came to any of my questions or concerns that needed clarification. Most notably, Larry Lynn, who was the agent that had initially made the assessment & had assisted me throughout the entire process; checking in regularly & available when it came to responding to my texts.The actual job only took a couple of days. Composing of two teams ( 1st for setup on Day 1 & 2nd for removal on Day 2) Each team taking about 2 hours to complete their work. It was fast, efficient, & clean. I just want to thank all you guys who came by; Larry Lynn, Trevor Monje, Bailey Howard, Lee Ashton, & Jordan Washington. And everyone else on the team from the office that I was in contact with. We had an inside pipeline burst flooding both our master bath and bedroom on a Sunday during evening hours. We contacted United Water Resterations and Eddie their technician worked promptly to get our situation under control. Unfortunately, I obtained a slip and fall when this occurred and was transported to the nearest hospital with a severe head injury but when my wife came back home from the hospital Eddie had all the necessary equipment in as well as having all the water extracted.
