I just received service from Michael and he is so knowledgeable and and equipped in water filtration services. I've had extremely low water pressure for 2years and he patiently and thoroughly explained my system and what to look for and expect from my system that I've had for atleast 2-3 years. He corrected the low pressure issue. He pointed out other things to be aware of. From this point forward I will definitely request him as my Tech.

The quality of my drinking water has been amazing since having the filters installed, and no more ingesting micro plastics and creating more plastic waste. Just had my periodic filter replacement and our service technician Michael was excellent—very knowledgeable and informative as well as very friendly and pleasant.
