If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Isaac does an incredible job while having an incredible and professional attitude. From start to finish, he was thorough, honest, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. Mold and restoration work can be stressful, but he made the entire process smooth and reassuring. He took the time to explain everything, answered all of my questions, and made sure the job was done right—not rushed. The quality of his work truly speaks for itself. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing mold or restoration repairs.

We had a bad mold problem in the peak of our ceiling at our cabin. We couldn’t clean it ourselves, because it can cause serious health issues and we wanted it done right. We called IGK Restoration Services, Isaac Khallouf, came out looked at the mold and explained what kind it was, and explained everything he would do and how he would do it. He checked the wood to make sure we didn’t have a leak, and we didn’t. He answered all our questions, so we understood everything. He had it all done in a few days, and left his air purifiers and dehumidifier run a few more days. When we went back up, the mold was all gone. He gave us pictures of before during and after the job. They cleaned up everything and took extra care to cover and protect all the furnishings. They did an awesome job. It’s a little pricey, but we checked and it was in line with all the others. Would definitely recommend IGK Restoration Services.
