I want to share how I was saved by Mykyta, the best technician to arrive to my place in less than an hour from the time I contacted their office. This was a record time to have a service company already at the door, ready to save yet another household from a disaster. The dryer stopped working all of a sudden, for no good reason, and I was afraid it was a total loss, but buying a new dryer was not in my plans at the moment.My man, Mykyta, showed up, looked inside the dryer and told me that maybe one day I would be in luck to by a new dryer but definitely not today, since his truck carried all the parts, needing to complete the repairs. I was excited to watch how fast Mykyta fixed everything. He even cleaned after himself. He wiped everything and picked all the debris caused by the repairs. He even too his shoes off when he came inside the house. (That's what we do in our house all the time, but usually those repairmen never take their shoes off, even when the owner and the family walk inside the house barefoot or in slippers).I was impressed by All American Stars Appliance Repair for their fast response to my call, and their tech, Mykyta, for quick and efficient service, and for his efforts in leaving the site clean, without any disruption of the household's integrity. Excellent and speedy service!! My power went out and my fridge/freezer went with it! A friend recommended Nikita and his company so I decided to give them a chance. Nikita and his staff were very friendly and accommodating to my work schedule. They helped repair my freezer and fridge without me having to purchase a new appliance! I would like to give high five stars to the technician Nikita, who came on my call to fix my washer. I had this washer serviced before, but it kept giving me issues. So I decided to call a different company and have them look at the problem starting fresh. I was really hoping this time they find the actual problem. The super-technician, Nikita, was very nice and funny too, but he pointed out the issue was in a different spot. So, I trusted this guy, he really tried his best to explain to me why the previous company missed the actual problem, and fixed something that was not needed to be fixed. Well, the washer has been working with no issues since then! I recommend giving these guys a call, especially if you have an appliance needing a second look at, because the first time did not help.
