It was great to go over our situation on the phone and create a specific list of what areas we wanted help with and which we could manage ourselves. Winnie did our cleaning and she was lovely and accommodating and the level of clean was amazing within the time she had available to tackle the list. Communications were prompt and friendly and personal. We will definitely call the Cleaning Artists again.I'm attaching a video I took to send my husband after the cleaning. Our coffee maker looks like it just came out of the box...and trust me it was nasty with 3 people with ADHD making coffee each day and giving it a cursory wipe from time to time (don't judge...ADHD is a real struggle) I thought it was impossible for it to ever actually look new again.
