OMG! These cleaners are the best! I came home to an absolutely sparkling home! The ladies arrived early (which I loved!) and after a quick tour got right down to it. I can tell they were thorough and meticulous. They even put my duvet back into my duvet cover (something I HATE doing). I could not be happier. 10/10, highly recommend!

We had a deep clean done of our apartment after moving into a unit that wasn’t properly cleaned. Christiana and Tiffany did an incredible job cleaning our apartment including pulling out the stove and fridge, as well as cleaning windows, walls and baseboards and the essentials. Our place was absolutely immaculate after and we finally feel at home in our new place!

Christine and Tiffany did a great job on our requested deep clean! We returned from vacation to a sparkly house which is exactly what we were hoping for. We have a dog and love to cook and they did a great job removing evidence of the dog from around the house and removing evidence of our spills and stains from the cabinets and floor from all our cooking endeavours.We will be using the cleaning artists again for sure!

(3 stars — for Vanessa’s excellent work)I booked this company for two cleaners, and everything was confirmed ahead of time. Fifteen minutes before my appointment, I was informed that only one cleaner would be coming because the other cleaner’s car had broken down. No replacement was arranged, and when I asked to reschedule, I was told it wasn’t possible as Friday's are their high "ticketed days".Janisa mentioned that Vanessa could stay longer or that they could send another cleaner on a different day. The pricing for these options was clear, but I refused to pay extra — or pay the full amount — for work that couldn’t realistically be completed with only one cleaner.Vanessa was absolutely amazing. She worked extremely hard, stayed professional, and did her best in a situation that wasn’t her fault. Her quality of work was excellent, but one person simply couldn’t finish what two cleaners were originally booked to do.My issue is with the company’s handling of the situation. The last-minute change, lack of a replacement, and refusal to reschedule on the day that worked for me made the experience frustrating, and I don’t feel the situation was handled well. I did receive a 50% discount, but only after making it clear that I wouldn’t pay full price for incomplete service.I highly recommend Vanessa’s work, but the company needs to improve reliability, communication, and customer care.
