After years of neglecting the small WordPress website I had built for my IT executive search practice using Divi Builder my attempts to update it created a slew of technical issues to the point where it wasn't working at all... meaning potential new clients coming to the site just saw a maintenance page.As a non-techy tearing my hair out in frustration from hours of back-and-forth emails with the people who make Divi, chats with the hosting company, and many WordPress YouTube videos I decided I needed professional help.A quick LinkedIn keyword search for Divi experts in the USA turned up Cliff and his company TourKick.  When I called he picked up on the second ring.After asking me several questions about how I had arrived at the problem and the updates I wanted made to the site, he took control.  The next day not only had he fixed the many WordPress and Divi problems plaguing the site, made the updates, and got the site working again, he also had several suggestions for me to prevent future problems.This first interaction with Cliff proved to me that he was not only a technical expert but just as importantly that he's responsive, personable, has high integrity, and provides value well beyond his fees.For those reasons, I'm engaging Cliff to build out the technical and digital marketing aspects to take my side business of IT leader career and job search coaching online.  Cliff is exactly the kind of small business owner I like to work with as I don't feel like I'm a number but rather that he's my partner in building out this new venture.
