I bought the Hatsan Factor RC at AirGun One with Pablo (the owner) last December for my kid.Amazing collection of PCP air guns in the store by the way!!The owner explained and broke down all the basic information about the care and maintenance of the rifle which is very important. However, my son and I were careless and left the weapon stored at almost full air charge for an extended period without use. “Pablo clearly explained not to do this” but we forgot. 🫣😔Needless to say, the regulator was damaged.Fortunately for us, Pablo is not only a great salesman, he is also a top of the line PCP airgun repair technician!! 🙏🏼We took the rifle to Pablo and two weeks later we drove from Orlando to pick it up. Not only did Pablo fix the issue, he tuned the trigger correctly, made sure all the “O rings” were in good condition and also dialed-in the scope at 50 yards which now hits a dime at 75-100 yards easily!!!We can’t thank Pablo enough!! He’s a life saver!!I highly recommend anyone who loves the sport/hobby to stop by AirGunOne in Palm Beach and see Pablo’s PCP AirGun collection. Shop with confidence.
