Two years in with Smart Money Wealth Management. Finally we can relax knowing that we have a plan for our retirement (17 years out) and helping to pay the mortgage prior. Charlie has been very supportive as we have minimal experience with financial investment. I was repeatedly contacted for weeks to schedule a follow-up appointment after my initial consultation. When I finally booked it, I was asked to pay $330 just to speak with their financial adviser — to go over the same financial information that had already been discussed in the first meeting. Since then, there has been zero follow-up. I've left two voicemail messages and sent a follow-up email, all without any response. Extremely disappointed with the experience.
