I called Platinum Plumbing to see if they had any availability for an exterior tap to my second storey home to be installed. They fitted my job in within a week which was excellent. Riley arrived promptly and was very professional, polite and friendly. He worked efficiently ensuring I was happy with the location of the tap. Riley was lovely, he gave me advice and information on the materials being used and how to effectively protect them from the salt off the ocean for longevity of the materials as we live Oceanside. I couldn’t be happier with the end result. A very tidy finish and exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend Platinum Plumbing to anyone and everyone, they are best plumbing company I have used in Bundaberg and will continue to use from now and into the future.

We reached out to multiple plumbers to get some toilets replaced, and they were the first ones to identify that there was a more compatible option for our plumbing, which saved us a lot of time and money.
