Bill was excellent to work with throughout our office lease. He was responsive, clear at every step, and flexible when our timeline needed adjusting. Whenever an obstacle came up, he worked to solve it instead of simply passing it along. The whole process was smooth from start to finish, and we're very happy with the space. Highly recommended.

Bill represented us throughout the lease of our first U.S. office, and made a complex process simple. We are a Brazilian company opening a subsidiary in Houston, so nearly everything was new to us — Bill answered every question patiently, moved quickly when we needed flexibility on timing, and was straightforward about what to expect at each step. We closed the lease from another country without a single surprise. Highly recommended.
