I had an associate out to look at doing an install on my home, including ductwork. They were not very enthusiastic about the job, and quickly tried to move me towards a mini-split, which I did not want. Scope of work: replace two AC units, two furnace units and install two new thermostats and one remote sensor. Completion of work: Donald P Dick sent out multiple crews and the scope of work was completed in less than one day. Crews were courtreous, competent, efficient and respectful of property. Quality of new units: Lennox brand units installed. Have not used new units enough to evaluate thoroughly but during testing phase all units seemed to perform well. Likes: the company is large enough and has been in business long enough that you get good pricing and efficient service with the anticipation that the company can and will stand behind its work and products. Bottom line: Absolutely a satisfied customer at this point. Less
