P & W Builders built our new home two years ago. Our house is well built, very energy efficient, and to our specifications as outlined when we first started going over the plans for the retirement home that is all on one level, no stairs. We wanted a home that would allow us to be able to age-in-place. We got what we paid for and are happy about that. There were a couple of minor glitches, but that is sometimes to be expected when building a custom home. Those glitches were tended to quickly. Dave listened to our ideas about what we would like our new home to be and followed through. His subcontractors all did an excellent job. His job site manager, John, that oversaw the construction of our home was wonderful to work with. Eighteen months later, there are no issues. We love the lower utility bills and the comfortable feeling we have in this well-built home.

They say to wait before you review a business until you know if the product and service is ok. We have been in our house over 20 years. We love it. P&W did a great job. We were nit-picky, demanding, and on a tight budget. I still call my now friend, Dave at P&W, every few months to remind him we love it and how great our house is! If you are going to build or buy a new home in the central Illinois area, this is the place.
