We reached out to Josh over a year ahead of when we planned on putting our house on the market and he helped us create a punch list of things to do to make our house more appealing & marketable. This led to an offer of more than 33k dollars above asking price. His communication was excellent. He was not only very professional but very personable too, felt like we could have been friends for years. He was able to negotiate no repairs based on the inspection report. The staging and photography/video teams he used were very professional and willing to listen to some of our suggestions and requests. We have already recommended him to local friends who are looking to move.

Jaynlin was the best, she worked with us and made the sale fast and easy, she went above and beyond our expectations. Communication was 100% she made videos and post them on her social media to make sure our house was well advertised, and even cleaned the back yard so the house could be presentable for showings since we already lived in Florida, we got what we wanted for the house and we’re very happy. I will recommend her to all my friends and family members.
