Without any electricity and phoned several electricians who advertised emergency call out. They were the only ones who came back to me and promised to came out at the end of the working day. The fault was found within ten minutes and power restored. Couldn’t hope for a better service. Friendly, reliable and efficient.

Best electrician in Cardiff and beyond ! Kaiden came to the rescue, with the parts, same day and within the hour, as my wall socket was making a crackling sound. He reassured me and gave me safety advice. Super professional, diligent, courteous and friendly. I was really impressed at the quality of work and was a breath of fresh air when compared to other electricians I had encountered in the past. We also wanted to replace our existing ceiling rose and Kaiden went above and beyond and installed this in no time even when he had to attend another job and return with the fixings - super tidy, respectful, knowledgeable and top quality workmanship. Kaiden completed the upgrade to a new consumer unit, garage supply and lighting switch issue. He kept me informed of progress and when he would be on site. Cleaned any mess and completed a tidy job.

We purchased a flat in Whitchurch which needed a lot of work. We employed Kaiden as the electrician. When he first turned up at the flat he looked as if he should still be in school! But, young as he was, he was a very competent electrician. Always turned up when he said he would and carried out all the jobs expertly.
