Excellent 3-tab shingle job on the house, two out buildings and the rear porch. Shingle job was finished in one day. Some sub-structural work was required to the front porch after which Oscar returned immediately to complete the EPDM rubber roof. All work was completed IAW the Scope of Work/Proposal. Only additional charges were for some plywood and flashing on rear porch roof. Overall, Carolina, Oscar and crew did an excellent job. Cleanup after job completion was outstanding. I would highly recommend Rivera Contractors & Roofing LLC for your roofing needs.

Rivera Contractors replaced the siding on our house and garage and does excellent work. I would highly recommend them. The team came as scheduled, worked hard all day (even into evening hours which is up and beyond how most contractors work), were very detailed & thorough and cleaned up all the debris afterwards even down to the last nail. Since replacing a roof is a once or twice in a lifetime experience, we did our due diligence and got several quotes. Rivera was competitive and thorough in providing us with the estimate and details necessary for us to make a decision. Once we committed to go with them, the experience was great, start to finish. They arrived as scheduled, and worked hard to get the job done in a day. Our pitch on the roof is fairly steep and when they realized they were going to run out of daylight to do the best job of cleanup, they let us know right away they would be back thr next morning (a Saturday) when they would have better light to make sure they cleaned up as best as possible. They spent several hours here that Saturday to get the cleanup done. Mind you, a roof replacement is messy, something we didn't realize going into it, but they did great work from start to finish and they continued to follow up after the job, (and after they were paid in full), to make sure we were happy. So glad we went with them. Highly recommend!

Rivera Contractors and Roofing is highly recommended! On a very hot day, 90+++ degree F, they worked 12 hours to complete my main roof. They worked until dark! They returned the next day to complete my porch roof and complete their cleanup. Their work ethic is very strong. The estimate they gave me was right on target. They are also very, very pleasant. Three of my neighbors used them for their roofs and were also very pleased.
