Excellent 3-tab shingle job on the house, two out buildings and the rear porch. Shingle job was finished in one day. Some sub-structural work was required to the front porch after which Oscar returned immediately to complete the EPDM rubber roof. All work was completed IAW the Scope of Work/Proposal. Only additional charges were for some plywood and flashing on rear porch roof. Overall, Carolina, Oscar and crew did an excellent job. Cleanup after job completion was outstanding. I would highly recommend Rivera Contractors & Roofing LLC for your roofing needs.
