I have used Ken Osborne for three home inspections in the Louisville area. He was always very thorough and helpful and would help answer questions and point out items/explain. The first home inspection I used him for was my first home purchase and he took extra time to show me some key items like the water shut off valve, etc. for being a first time Homeowner - really appreciated that.
