We had an excellent experience of 1st Choice when they replaced the remote sensor unit on our Hormann Rollmatic garage door. It was easy to contact someone knowledgeable on my first call. The agreed price was reasonable. The technicians turned up at the expected time, fitted the part and serviced the shutter (which I did not expect). Customer service was first class.
