We had an excellent experience of 1st Choice when they replaced the remote sensor unit on our Hormann Rollmatic garage door. It was easy to contact someone knowledgeable on my first call. The agreed price was reasonable. The technicians turned up at the expected time, fitted the part and serviced the shutter (which I did not expect). Customer service was first class. Highly recommended.

Our initial contact was with Louise in the office. She booked us a survey, we looked at the brochure and chise a vertical design in dark grey. We didn't have to wait too long for the door to be manufactured.Two lovely guys, Craig and Matt, greeted us with a smile. They explained what how they were going to carry out the installation .It didn't take them long to take off the old garage door and fit our new one.They showed us the best way to open and close the door.Everything ran very smoothly. Thank you guys.Having had a lot of heavy rain and wind recently, we asked for a strip to be added to the bottom of the door.It was the same two guys that came. They explained we could have a rubber strip or one with a brush. We opted for a rubber one.Again an efficient service provided.Overall a very good experience from the start to finish! Thank you We would highly recommend this company for installation of a garage door. They also do repairs .

I’m really pleased with our new automatic roller garage door. The two gents that came to install were polite, got on with the install with absolutely no fuss and left the work area spotless. Apart from being an excellent product, it seems the staff are well chosen, the gent that carried out the survey and second survey was polite and helpful also . Top marks all round and thanks for a job well done
