I had a very unpleasant experience with one of your employees, James. He came to my door uninvited and, without any valid reason, began harassing me. During the incident, he made racist remarks, including telling me to “go back to my country.”This behaviour is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. The entire incident has been recorded on CCTV at my property.I expect this matter to be taken seriously and investigated properly. I am prepared to take this further if necessary.He came with a white van with your logo on it
