I had already done some calling around before my neighbour came over and recommended 1st Choice - it seems other in my road had already used 1st Choice and were very happy.I explained to pre-sales the door was ***now closed*** but the spring and cable that used to be attached were now half-way down my drive !!He explained all my repair options - and did NOT try to upsell me - the decision to replace rather than repair was mine.It was also the cheapest price I got to do a full replace with new metal frame. The fitters were super helpful, kept me informed as to when they would be coming - and did a perfect job.Well pleased - and highly recommended.

It was effortless, which is what you're looking for with something like this. Purchasing a garage door isn't exactly something you do more than once for most people. So it needs to be simple. 1st Choice, turned up when they said they would, surveyed, quoted me, I agree'd. 2 weeks later it was installed. Very professional, very clean. Just a painless experience. And the door looks superb.

It was brilliant, from start to end. Ordering was easy such a helpful sales team. Louise was so helpful right up to the fitting of my garage doors, Matt and his team were very quick and very tidy, cleaned up everything after them, the doors look great, would recomend this company.
