Disappointing Experience – Lack of Transparency and ResponsibilityOur experience with Fundnancial Corp., and the team handling our mortgage process, was unfortunately very frustrating. Despite submitting all required documentation early, maintaining regular communication, and showing strong intent to move forward, our mortgage application was ultimately denied — very late in the process and without a clear path forward.While the final denial letter was eventually provided, it only came after repeated requests. We were left with little time to explore alternative financing, and had already committed escrow funds and significant time. To make matters worse, the representative disclaimed all responsibility, referring to the lender (UWM) and implying that their own involvement was minimal — a disappointing stance given how involved and encouraging they were throughout the previous weeks.We understand that loan approvals can be complex, but clarity, honesty, and proactive communication were missing when it mattered most. If you are self-employed, have international income, or need anything other than a standard W-2-based loan, we would not recommend working with Fundnancial.Oscar R was not a help at all.

Will, and his team are simply the best. They helped us buy our first home and get over obstacles other banks said no to. Caliber Home loans try unlike most other brokers who want everything handed to them on a plate. Some people may get upset if the loan didn't turn out their way, they must understand there is only so much one can do. I highly recommend will and his staff if their is anyway they can get you into a home they most certainly will. Extremely knowledgeable I'd venture to say there is no one better.

If you are purchasing or refinancing, I would recommend Wil Reguera and his team. Wil has a team which means he can quickly compile and process your loan while providing you his valuable insight on the lending process. As a title agent, it is important for us that Lenders are able to get a client to closing quickly like Wil does with his clients. Wil's team consistently gets the job done quickly which makes the process easier on everyone in the transaction.

Hi, I have my loan with caliber and I do not recommend it to anyone, it is not directly with this office but in general they have very bad service and terrible customer service, even when they do not have an answer for my questions they cut me off as the agent Hugo # 28107 who answered me telling me that it was all he could do for me and I had to hang up, they are very rude and disrespectful,
