He answered all of our questions, was very thorough in the inspection, and gave us honest feedback on what we did/didn't need. Rich will give you an exact and understandable overview of what is happening and will never try to sell you something you don't need. Other companies we have spoken with tried to prey on our fears of an unsafe living environment to make a sale, and (don't mind the pun) working with Rich was a breathe of fresh air!
