Social Nutrition has been my little lifesaver lately. Their protein shakes actually taste good (like… not fake or chalky at all), and they keep me full for hours. Normally not up in Smyrna but I popped in today and I’m so glad I did! Not sure if the girlWorking was the owner but she was super sweet and very welcoming. I was stuck between two teas and she made me a special one and it was delish. Only regret was not getting a mega! Will definitely be back!
