Dr Manela, who is an exceptional physician, used the Acoustic Wave therapy on my hand that had painful arthritis and was therefore limited in movement, to see if it could help when nothing else had worked. I started treating with Dr. Manela approximately 6 weeks ago. For a year I was suffering from terrible pain running from my lower back down my leg. My prior physicians diagnosed me with piriformis syndrome which was causing sciatic nerve pain. I tried chiropractic treatment, acupuncture, NSAID's, stretching and epidural injections, but nothing helped.Dr. Manela reviewed my MRI report and believed that my pain was likely caused by inflammation in my hamstring, and suggested acoustic wave therapy. I have undergone 5 treatments and for the first time in a year I have had significant improvement of the pain. Strongly recommend acoustic wave and Dr. Manela if you are suffering from chronic pain.

It was absoluely amazing after only 4 treatments that my knees had a minimal amount of pain. My knees have hurt for many years from all the years of football and no one could help me. It was so bad that I started walking with a cane. Now I only use the cane sparingly. I am so grateful that someone had a plan to help me walk better. If you have knee pain, give this treatment a try. Immediate improvement with some range of motion movements after the first time. The process is uncomfortable but worth it as the pain is less. Looking forward to more improvement after the next procedure.Just had my second treatment yesterday. For the first time in over a year, I am able to move my left arm out to the left, raise it up in front of me, and even reach my right shoulder - all of this with considerably less paid.
