An honest garage!Booking in was simply and easy, they sent a form to get all the information on the car before the appointment.Unfortunately my car is screwed. But they were brilliant about it.They were honest and upfront about all the costs and asked me to think about whether the cost was worth it.The car is now getting scrapped but I would absolutely recommend and use them again.

If I could put 0 stars I would! Back street garage with dealership prices. When they give you a cheap box of chocolates and a photo of a grinning bloke to entice you back, that's not good. A job well done at a good price is what most people want.

Always great service of excellence and with a smile. A pleasure as always and Highly recommended. Thank you Rich and Shaws. See you again soon

Really great staff and service! Danielle clearly explained everything to me, which I really appreciated as this is my first time owning a car. Communication throughout was excellent, including through messages and email, and I never felt pressured into having any work done.I’m really happy with the repairs and the overall service. I’ll definitely be back! :)

I brought my Range Rover Velar in for an MOT and full service, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The staff were honest, Luke kept me updated throughout the day about some advisories the got sorted straight away Gareth and Ryan the technician did a good job to make sure my car was ready for me to pick up.The didn't try to push any unnecessary work or inflated dealership prices. The car is driving great, everything was stamped and handled professionally, and the pricing was very reasonable compared to going straight to Land Rover main dealers. Will definitely be coming back next year for mot and service or any other problem and for my 4 new tyre's !!Thanks again Stephan

Just paid £500 to repair the damage done by Shaws when they replaced my wet belt. Not only was the application of sealant inadequate and incorrectly applied, but it appeared that the sump had been dropped or forcibly levered into position.Replacing the wet belt was far from cheap especially as Shaws are the Ryan Air of garages. They charge for absolutely EVERYTHING including disposal of oil after an oil change. I wouldn’t be surprised if they charged for wear and tear on their tools!Had so many problems with my vehicle after taking it to Shaws. Took it backwards and forwards to resolve an oil leak after the wet belt replacement. The work should have been covered by warranty but they told me they wouldn’t honour this as I went elsewhere for a second opinion after losing any trust in their mechanics. All I can say is AVOID this garage.EDIT: in the response they said about giving them an opportunity to fix the fault. I took my vehicle in COUNTLESS times and they were unable to resolve the issue. There is no hiding of charges as the prices are extortionate for poor quality work and there is nothing that isn’t charged for!Despite incorrect and insufficient application of sealant AND damage to the sump that almost required replacing, there is a denial of the incompetence I experienced.A full or partial refund for the very expensive work that I paid for would be the only moral and ethical response.Disgusting company and appalling response.
