Rang up to get a qoute, was told I would be called back later and nothing. Called back next day to remind them about it and said yes we’ll get back to you later, again nothing. Went to peak performance in Prestatyn. Would highly recommend tnem instead of these. They respond quickly.

Highly recommend Shaw's Service Station! Prompt, polite and very very efficient service. Super friendly, helpful and communication is fantastic. Everything followed up on text/email. The most touching part was at the end - a box of milk tray as a thankyou for using them. Very thoughtful and il absolutely be back! Thanks team 🌟

Fantastic service from Shaws, as always.Danielle was incredibly helpful and kept me regularly updated on the condition of my car throughout the work.I also called in to collect a few items from the car while the repairs were being carried out and had a great chat with Curtis, who clearly explained the complex issue affecting it.As always, the service from all the staff was reliable and friendly. An even bigger bonus was that the final price came in lower than the original quote, which really showed the company’s honesty.One very happy customer.

Excellent company.After previously using a national garage, I found Shaws to have them remedy some work on my brakes that had been done incorrectly.I also had the car serviced and MOT'd.Considering the amount of work that needed doing, it was completed at lightning speed in just a day, all to a high standard that gives me a new confidence in the car.Everyone was very friendly - Danielle and Rita in the office and a couple of the technicians.I'm not an idiot, but I'm not a mechanic - Shaws talk in a language you can understand where others simply fail.A nice touch, which didn't go unnoticed is the welcoming offices, with complimentary drinks and snacks.I'd highly recommend them and will only be taking my car there from now on.
