At first I was very apprehensive about joining after no exercise in many years but I was soon put at ease…it’s hard work but I never felt out of place…supported all the way and noticed the difference in strength and fitness level after 6 weeks. I stayed after the 6 week transformation for 7 months and only left due to moving area.Everyone supports each other and I felt so much better after the classes 💪

Amazing gym - it’s what I had been searching for. I hadn’t done any ‘exercise’ for years and it was getting me down as every option scared me. Everywhere I looked I thought ‘I can’t go there’. I saw Lymmitless - over 30s, ladies only - right that sounds good. It’s not good, it’s amazing. All the ladies are so friendly, and are all like minded. Scott is fantastic, he is supportive, and always there to motivate you. He is so adaptable and understanding.

Lymmitless is a really friendly unpretentious gym that offers a different training regime at every session. Scott is fabulously supportive, extremely approachable and always keeps you engaged and motivated in the sessions. There are plenty of sessions to choose from that fit in with busy family life and they have continued virtually throughout the lock down. Joining Lymmitless was certainly the the best thing I did last year!!!!
