We decided to buy a home to be able to go outside and have some breathing room once again. I learned about Mr. Kraft and his team through several other people in my life who pulled the trigger prior to myself.During the beginning of the covid because prior the srates were at a long time low when it came to interest rates morgage companies tried to protect themselves and even with the best credit i felt like i was going through loops trying to get into the affordable house of my dreams. When i was discouraged Zach didnt let me settle and helped get me a extremely good interest rate and get me where i wanted to be. So professional and awesome.One year later he helped me through my refinance getting rid of my pmi and when i was hungry to try to refinance to early he talked me out of it until it was really beneficial for myself. I lost my PMI in one year and mortgage is $400 less.Also when i went to do my taxes or if i was getting scam messages or mail. I could text a pic or send a email and he would explain the spam or resend me what i needed for my taxes or owe to one time fees.
