Let me tell you, Nela Balloons came to the rescue for my Moms 86’th birthday. She delivered very quickly and was very responsive to work with for the order. The balloon arrangement was fabulous and lasted for a week!! Mom was ranting and raving about the display. Thank you Nela!!
