I have been going to her to file my taxes for a few years now but this year was different. She had an assistant helping her this year and that’s who I spoke to in order to file my taxes. Said they would file an extension for my taxes but I don’t know if that ever happened. I’ve tried calling and texting so many times only to continue to get voicemail and a generated text message. I call from other number and miraculously it rings. If I don’t hear anything back soon about my taxes I will be taking further action.

This is my 2nd year using Destiny National Tax Service and the service was excellent. The staff was very knowledgeable about business tax credits that I qualified for . This definitely helped me out tremendously. The owner also took the time to educate me on the documents I would need for my business next tax year. Even if you don't have a business , I would definitely recommend Destiny National Tax Service.

I paid her $100 online to do my taxes last year she never filed them. Every time I called her asking for an update she’ll always say she not in the office and she reach back out to me when she is back in her office. I never got my deposit back . I will never go back to her and an associate of mine recommended me to her.
