It was my first time ever going to an obstacle course gym. I with the kid I mentor, and holy smokes what an awesome and fun experience! The class we took was lead by a wonderful woman ( I don’t remember her name) it kicked our butts but showed us some fundamental movements to achieve some parts of the course.I will definitely be returning our whole ride home we talked about stuff we tried that we failed at and want to achieve.It’s the best of both rock climbing, cardio, and functional strength training all combined Less
