Cain and his crew did a fabulous job on our conversion from a garage to a junior ADU which included a laundry room, bedroom, hallway, leveling the floor, additional heat vent, painting, new flooring and all new electrical. He also built a new fence and gate, new outdoor siding and new cabinets in the laundry room and bathroom. He did everything on time and within estimated budget . The quality of all of his work was excellent. I would recommend him to do any type of construction work.

Cain is an amazing contractor who is very professional, reliable and reasonably priced on a range of services that he provides. We moved to this area from the East Coast in the Fall of 2024 and it was my lucky day when I googled 'contractors' and Cain's contact came up. He did a complete overhaul of our main living room - new flooring, cabinet removals, sunken floor area 'lifted' etc. And he got the job done before our moving van arrived. Since then we have used him for many other projects including flooring in other parts of our older home; removal of an old hot tub and remodel of decking; improvements to a large brick planter in our back yard; and most recently new countertops in our kitchen and laundry room. Cain and his team truly care about their customers and work hard to make sure everything is done is a timely matter to suit the home owner's schedule. My husband and I have been very happy with every project Cain has done for us and we can recommend him very highly to anyone who has need of contractor services.

I couldn’t be happier with the work done by Cain and his crew at Husky Builders. We hired Cain to renovate our kitchen and master bathroom. I had a vision; Cain listened, discussed options with me, made changes easily and effortlessly along the way, and turned my vision into reality! Cain is very open and honest with his clients and willing made changes based on what I wanted. We ended up having to make some changes to the shower layout, based on the size of the shower I wanted, and Cain explained in great detail all my options. He was very flexible and offered insight and advice when I asked for his input. In addition, he was always in contact with me regarding timelines and who would be on site each day. I found Cain to be very reliable, trustworthy, and dedicated to customer satisfaction. We plan to renovate our guest bath in the future and will definitely hire Husky Builders to complete the job!

I am very impressed with Cain Silva and his team at Husky. Cain’s quote for the bathroom remodel was very competitive but, most importantly to me, was it was a firm number. All the other quotes I received had stipulations that could raise my cost by many thousands of dollars. You can see the ice block window in the before picture. That wall was being held up by tile and stucco. The wood framing was completely rotted out, which I wasn’t expecting. Cain must have anticipated that problem because it didn’t add cost to the remodel. Cain started work on the date he said he would start and completed the project six weeks later and two days ahead of schedule. Cain and his team were all very nice people and they went the extra mile to keep our house clean during construction. After construction was completed, they left the outside work area cleaner than when they started. My wife and I could not be any happier with our new bathroom. We love it.

Husky builders did a great job for us.Had a disaster of a water leak and Husky came in and got it handled.

Cain and his crew remodeled both my bathrooms they did an excellent job I absolutely love them both. These guys are wonderful!! Cannot say enough good things about Cain and his team. They are professional, work incredibly hard all day, and clean up at the end of each day. Cain is very responsive and everything happens just as he promises. I had to have a repair done to the front of my house. Within one week of calling him, everything looks like my problem never happened. His team even put all of my flower planters back in place when they were done. Hire Husky Builders!!!!!
