I spent six weeks getting information about the Medicare Program. I called phone numbers from commercials on TV that seemed to be honest and fair, but I did not understand how it worked and could not make a decision on the Advantage or other plans offered. Nothing was explained about the difference in the plans, and what each one covered. I was TOLD which one was best for me, and I became more confused. I called Mr. Jones and in one conversation he explained all the options to me and I understood. The time he spent with me was valuable and I made a decision on what I needed based on what he explained. He called me back the next day and my decisions were finalized. I had Medicare Parts A and B, a supplement plan, and a prescription plan that makes sense and will meet my needs in retirement. Thank you, Mr. Jones for your honesty and your patience as I asked questions until I understood how to make my decisions. I am going onto the last chapter of my life with pease
