I can’t recommend Oscar enough. We had a hard deadline for a full bath remodel for our condo of 2 weeks max. We also couldn’t be there on site so we did the project with Oscar there while we were fully remote, communicating each day by text and videos / photos. Oscar was a great communicator, honest, reasonable pricing, showed up every single day, did the work well and as asked, was flexible when we changed the tile design, and made sure it ended up looking perfect ahead of the deadline. He kept us well informed through the process. The bathroom looks beautiful. I also asked him to paint the whole house which his team did at a decent price. All in all Oscar is who you want for a contractor! Especially if you have a tight timeline. He will be reliable. He went above and beyond, even repairing things under the surface we would have known about. He deserves 5 stars. See the before and after. Finished in about 11 days.

Oscar and team did an amazing job. We had a slider leaking water into the ceiling below. He was very communicative about when he would arrive and leave each day. He was great about showing me exactly what he was doing and why he was doing it. And most importantly the team was so clean with their work. It felt like they were never there. Each day they cleaned up after themselves and left the area spotless. They were also so in tune to the fact that we were working from home and kept noise to a minimum. Highly recommend!

I hired Oscar after talking to other four companies. His price was reasonable and he was able to start the project of replacing the damaged part of the fence in a couple of the days - not in three weeks. He did a good job, and the fence looks like new now. Thank you, Oscar!
