Ken Crotts & Company were professional and honest when listing my house. Not huge listing fees and the photographer did a fantastic job. There was multiple phone calls between myself the buyers agent and the title companies and they were handled quickly and professionally. I would recommend and use his company again. I would recommend instructions on their online realtor listing app as it was a little confusing when scheduling views. Bottom line my house sold fast and at asking price couldn't ask for better.

Miles was our buyers' agent for our recent home sale and purchase. We dropped a prior agent (from a different broker) because he wasn't listening to us and pushed his own agenda. Miles was the complete opposite and was truly wonderful to work with. First of all, Miles listened to us! We had a good idea of what we were looking for in a new home, but not sure exactly where in the Puget Sound we wanted to buy. Miles provided us with numerous listings that were well tailored to our requirements in those communities that interested us. He made himself available to show us homes at any time in any location and always responded to our requests. it was ultimately his responsiveness that secured our new home. Even though we saw the house on the day after it went on the market and there was another couple who had seen the house ahead of us, Miles put together our offer and submitted it so that it was the first one presented and it was accepted. (The other couple ended up buying the house across the street from us and are now our friendly neighbors :-). All during the buying and closing process Miles was in touch with us, often daily, in order to keep us apprised of the progress of the purchase and to answer any questions or address any concerns that we had. We found him to be incredibly personable, and even though he was admittedly relatively inexperienced in the industry, he more than made up for it with his zeal, responsiveness and attention to detail. We have already recommended him to a close family friend who is looking to move and we would absolutely involve him if we were to look for another home to buy or sell.

We had a great experience selling with the Ken Crotts Company. We had an awful selling experience with another realtor prior to listing with Ken. We'd had our home up for 4 months with our previous agent, had 4 sales all fall through for various realtor oversights or buyer issues. We took our home off the market and decided to wait. We were pretty much hopeless, when we actually got a cold call from one of Ken's agents. We ignored it for a few weeks before getting another one. We checked his reviews and they spoke for him! We took a huge chance by listing our home again. Two days later we had multiple offers, ALL for over asking. We never even had to do an open house.
