Was passing through town on my way to Phoenix in mid-July when I had an issue with my brakes that required a tow. Was paired with Ricky’s Towing through AAA. Less than an hour wait for the tow truck to arrive. The driver was super nice and was able to identify what the issue was as he was lifting the car onto the truck bed. This was immensely helpful for the service people at the dealership — I think it truly expedited the fix and I was on the road again in just a couple hours. I didn’t get the driver’s name, but I am eternally grateful for his assistance.

After calling four different towing services today, Ricky's finally took care of me. I broke down between Amarillo and Canyon. After contacting Ricky's and giving them solid directions to my location, a very nice driver was there within 30 minutes to take care of me. The lady I spoke to on the phone there was wonderful and the driver has a bright future ahead of him in a different industry. If you aren't in a wreck, call Ricky's.

We came through Amarillo a couple weeks back. Had some car trouble. Timing was not good - my whole family was stuck. John came from Ricky’s Towing. He was professional, skilled, and knowledgeable. John diagnosed our situation extremely well and figured out why our vehicle had overheated, revealing to us previously unknown problems. With his help we got the car to a shop. The story doesn’t end there.After they fixed the belt that had broken and the pulley, we were getting ready to go but had more issues. The shop had closed so we called AAA again and thankfully John from Ricky’s Towing returned. He took care of us again, made a great recommendation, and helped us solve the problem in such a way that we were able to get back on the road and continue our journey. Driving home to Fort Worth from Colorado Springs car died on the highway. Jonathan, showed up and helped get us off the side of the road. It was Sunday, but he got us to the best place to get help 1st thing Monday morning! Thank you Jonathan for helping and turning a bad day into a manageable situation! 100% recommend Ricky’s Towing.

John was so fantastic!!!!!Ricky’s towing was calling me within minutes of being dispatched for my tire service at 11 30 /midnight stranded in the gorepoint of the freeway with three kids in the car. Got there within 30 minutes or less change the tire and even gave me directions on where I was headed to get my rental car replaced.(tire change)

Our battery, which had been purchased from BATTERY JOES on 45th a few months before, was faulty. I called AAA, who in turn called Ricky’s Towing. John was sent, and came very quickly. He tried to boost it, but there was no juice. It seems, BATTERY JOES ripped me off, and are now completely out of business.
