After our AC in the house we just moved into wasn’t working properly and a week of high 80’s temps was coming, I quick went to Google to find the nearest Heating/Cooling company. He explained the fix and was very kind and friendly to our family, including my 2 year old son. I called Pat’s Service thinking my heating system wasn’t working, but he quickly determined everything was functioning properly. He took the time to explain how my gas furnace and cooling system operate and performed a much-needed maintenance tune-up. I appreciate the honest assessment and quality service. Pat has been one of the best things to come into our home since We moved into it back in 2022 with an original unit from 1993. Imagine calling a number you got off google for help and he comes that same day within 2 hours. He is reliable and trustworthy and honest. 4 years living there and we never want to or have to call anyone else. He doesn't break your bank, my wallet is happy when he leaves and even better, he has not once pressured us into changing our original unit even though its usually the same problem when we call him. we plan to change it this up coming year or next as recommended and Pat will be the one we call.
