They were competitive with their quote, but the main reason that I selected them was because of Kathleen and Anthony. Kathleen was very friendly and helpful on the phone. She communicated very well via phone, text, and email … answering questions, setting appointments, and sending documents. Very efficient. Anthony met me (on time) to do an inspection of the roof. He flew a drone over the house and took photos to show me prior to him going up on the roof to do a close-up inspection. He even took the time to go up into the attic with me to see the leaking areas and inspect the roof from the inside. Very thorough review and honest assessment. Far better than other contractors’ efforts. I didn’t tell any of them that I had done some roofing as a teenager … so I know just a little bit. Even though all of the quotes were from highly rated companies, some of the guys that I met to get inspections for quotes, were borderline sketchy in terms of trying to sell me on stuff I knew that I really didn’t need. Or acting like they could get insurance to pay when I know there wasn’t anyway that was going to happen. Anthony wasn’t that way. He was knowledgeable, friendly (genuine-friendly … not phony-friendly), not pushy, straightforward, thorough, and honest. He was also the project manager the day the work was done, which was great. He had a six man crew working on my job. They set-up early, tore off the old roof, repaired the leaking areas, put on the new roof, and cleaned everything up … all in one day! Granted, it’s not a huge roof. But I was still impressed with having the whole job completed in one day. And from what I know and can see, it is quality work with quality materials. And he basically hit his originally quoted amount. Anthony even sent me updates with photos throughout the day so I could see how the job was progressing. I can't speak highly enough about Kathleen, Anthony, and the entire Infinity Roofing team. We reached out to them a couple of years ago due to a leak and they were great. Fixed the leak, inspected the roof and didn't try to sell us something we didn't need. Fast forward to a severe/hail storm in September 2023 and I reached out to them as soon as the storm passed. Kathleen scheduled Anthony to come out the following day. We had random roofing contractors (ambulance chasers of the roofing industry) all through our neighborhood and we were able to say thanks/no thanks. He checked the roof and confirmed that we did have enough damage to warrant a new roof. Apparently, our file from them had a note "waiting for storm" because our roof was fine but old enough that a storm would likely make us need a new one. He worked with our insurance inspector and even met him while we were out of town. Once the inspection was complete and insurance was all set, they scheduled us as soon as they had an opening. On the day of the replacement, apparently they had another job come up that needed attention and instead of cancelling, they added more people to our project to make it a 1 day job instead of 2. They were done and cleaned up in less than 6 hours. They cleaned up VERY well, we still found a few misses, but that's to be expected. They didn't expect any payment until we had the money from the insurance company and were incredibly friendly. They will be my forever roofing company, though they did say I don't likely need to call them for another 5-10 years. 5+ stars Less

I’m so glad I did my research and found Infinity Roofing Contractors and didn’t go with the advertising sign that was hanging on my door indicating I could get a “Free Roof” due to hail damage. I called Infinity and instantly felt much more comfortable that I was dealing with a professional and experienced roofing company that would back their work, but also had the knowledge and experience to navigate the insurance challenges regarding potential hail damage and the insurance claim process. Working with Anthony Imbordino was very easy and he was extremely effective in dealing with Allstate who is known to be difficult with hail damage claims. Anthony was highly effective and efficient getting a full roof replacement approved and then managed the process through completion and I couldn’t be happier. While many others in the neighborhood responded to the hanging marketing brochures, I look at the final product from Infinity and you can tell the difference and the quality of their workmanship is superior. Our project started out as a simple skylight replacement and a roof leak, and we ended up with 2 new skylights, a new chimney cap, new gutters and gutter guards and a total roof replacement. However, Tony and Kathleen never up-sold us! They provided us with options, only after a very thorough inspection, and allowed us to make the decision that was best for our family and budget without any pressure. Tony saw things that I never would have known to look for. But he also saw the need to provide me with options on what I should be concerned with today versus what could wait till later down the road. We selected a full—roof replacement and replacement of two existing skylights for upgraded models, with the 50-year shingles and 10-year labor warranty package. A fine start, the crew leader arrived shortly thereafter after, they worked tirelessly all day with only 1 break and about a 30 minutes lunch break. As the well mannered team was about 1 hour from completion the company owner showed up to make sure I was happy. They did EVERYTHING that we had previously discussed right down to walking around after clean up with magnets for nails. He then came to talk to us and every detailed was covered slowly and clearly. I had 4 skylights that were very old and also needed to be replaced. Tony met with my insurance adjuster and walked the roof with him also pointing out the damaged areas. Because of Tony experience and knowledge getting my claim approved was quick and simple. We followed Tony's suggestions about everything and our ROOF is amazing and better than we could ever hope for. Tony and Kathleen (Tony's wife) were a joy to work with. I'd previously dealt with another roofing company who made the problem worse, rather than better, so I was wary when it came to looking for someone to help me. I expected him to take a quick look and give me a quote for the repairs, but instead he spent a good 20-30 minutes on my roof, inspecting and taking photos. Once he was finished, he showed me the photos of all the damage to my roof and explained to me, in detail, why I was having issues and what needed to be done. He assured me that this was an issue my homeowners insurance should cover and he would help me in working with my insurance company. Filing a claim through insurance, setting up an inspection, scheduling the install and having the new roof put on my house...the whole process took about a week. Tony and Kathleen made the whole thing a breeze. They were so nice and personable, right from the beginning. I like to research a major expense and double check the info a salesman gives me... Infinity Roofing did not use pushy sales techniques, but was more interested in my being comfortable with making a decision to use them. The work crew showed up on time, worked hard, fast and efficiently... completed the entire job in one day... and cleaned up after themselves.
