I recently attended the annual Above Wines EXPO and had such a fantastic time. The event was moved to the Grapevine Convention Center and it was a great choice: air conditioning and plenty of space. Unlike other wine festivals, there were lots of tables where you could relax and enjoy your latest tasting, along with some of the fabulous food provided by Ari's Pantry. There were so many wines to taste that I couldn't even get to them all. Patrons were provided with a nice "passport" that served as a checklist, so you knew exactly what you tasted in each area. I appreciated that the wines were organized by the region of Italy.At the end, I placed an order and, to my amazement, Aldo personally delivered the wines the next day! It was a fun event and hats off to Aldo for the fantastic service.

Aldo is super nice and his idea to help people discover all the wines Italy has to offer beyond the great classics is great. Thanks to him (as an Italian too), I discovered Luna Piena, a very fresh Calabrian rosé with a surprising raspberry taste, it is absolutely amazing!

Just recently went to their latest Wine & Food Tasting event, and it was such an amazing experience!From the moment we walked in, everything was thoughtfully organized! I loved receiving a wine glass and carrier at the entrance, which made it so easy to explore all the different tasting stations. The variety of wines from different Italian regions was incredible, and the tasting card was a great touch for keeping track of favorites!What truly stood out was the people. Every person behind the stands was welcoming, knowledgeable, and passionate. They took the time to explain each wine and made everyone feel comfortable, whether you were a wine expert or simply there to enjoy the experience!The food was absolutely delicious, with a wonderful selection of Italian dishes that paired perfectly with the wines. Combined with the live music and warm atmosphere, it felt like a little trip to Italy!A special thank you to Aldo and everyone involved for creating such a memorable event. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone who loves wine, food, and great company. I can’t wait for the next one!

The wine is great! I was first introduced at a wine and pizza event. I have always loved italian wines. I was little hesitant to try a dry, red bubbly at first. However, I loved it after the second sip. I always purchase this one now. They have convenient pickup options if you cannot afford shipping. I highly recommend and will continue to be a customer.
