Outdoor Artisan completed a full landscaping project for us on our new build including design and installation of plants, trees, concrete, gravel, grass, decorative flagstone and a garden brick wall along the fence line for my flowers. Kyle’s crew is highly professional, friendly, timely and cleaned up nightly. They also coordinated well with their concrete and irrigation contractors. We received many compliments on our finished landscaping and all the concrete work that was done. We now have a very wide and long driveway to park the motor home on. We love how Kyle listened to our vision for our project and added his expertise to our landscaping and concrete work. Everything came out perfect and beautiful. We had so much red clay dirt that was awful around the home and yard. Outdoor Artisans brought in soil, layed tons of gravel to decorate the yard and poured tons of concrete. They relocated our trees and planted new flowers and bushes to give us exactly what we wanted. Now we can sit and relax in our peaceful yard with beautiful landscaping and watch and listen to all the birds, butterflies and hummingbirds that come around daily. Everything is perfect and we are extremely happy we chose Kyle and his company for our needs. He and his crew are great people to deal with! Thank you 😊

I hired Outdoor Artisans to design my backyard for a new build, starting from scratch. I paid $1,000 upfront as required. Our initial meeting consisted of Miranda taking measurements and receiving many printed "inspirations" from me. That was Jan 26, 2026. While the initial 3D rendition matched my vision well, it was not sent until February 25.The second 3D rendering, promised in one week, took over 3 weeks and required multiple follow-ups from me. After I approved that, I was told the final blueprints would be ready in one week. After 5 weeks I still did not receive them, nor did I have any communication from Miranda.This process took nearly 3 months and I still did not have the final product I paid for.Due to the unreasonable delays I moved forward with another landscaper to design and complete my yard.The lack of communication and failure to meet deadlines made this experience very frustrating.Kyle reached out to me after I left an unfavorable review on Yelp. He was polite in his communication and seemed motivated to make it right. I felt $500 refund was appropriate. The final detailed blueprints are the most critical part- what the installers actually use. Kyle was only willing to refund only $200 and we disagreed. We both wanted to move on so I accepted his $200 after letting him know I disagreed and the reasons why.I would not recommend this company

I rarely ever leave negative reviews, as I genuinely try to support small businesses. I was initially really excited to work with this company for ongoing service in our mini orchard—we even had a signed contract. After two visits, however, they completely ghosted me. I called and texted multiple times over multiple weeks but never received a response. I even let them know that if they could no longer provide the service, to please just let me know so I could make other arrangements—still nothing.It was so unprofessional that I actually became concerned something had happened to them, so I had my daughter try calling from a different number. They answered, said they had been planning on calling me back, had raised their prices and would reach out to me. They never did.Such poor communication and lack of professionalism. I gave every opportunity for an honest conversation, but they chose silence instead. Meanwhile in good faith, my orchard became neglected as I waited for a call that never came. I should have just gone with a more seasoned company with a good reputation.If you’re looking for a reliable company to care for your property, unfortunately, you may be gambling with your time and money here. I cannot recommend this company- proceed with caution.

We are so pleased with the team from Outdoor Artisans ! We had a blank area in our front yard that lacked any curb appeal and now it looks great and so much prettier and the great thing is , it will grow into a very beautiful space with a variety of lovely , colorful evergreen shrubs and plants . Miranda is very knowledgeable about landscaping and knew what plants would be best for our yard and how much they will grow , how to plant , sunlight and water requirements , pruning , and the list goes on.Kyle did an excellent job with the irrigation for all the new plants and is very knowledgeable about landscaping , plants, watering needs etcThey are both very professional and cleaned up the area nicely after they did all their work transforming our front yard space.We will definitely use them again for future projects and we highly recommend Outdoor Artisans.

Kyle came to give me a quote on replacing the drip line in my yard and I also asked for an estimate to replace my fence while he was here. His wife called me a week later stating the drip line job was too small for them and gave me the number of a guy who doesn’t have a business license, insurance, etc. when I asked her about the estimate for the fence, she said she didn’t know about that and would talk to Kyle. It is now been almost 2 weeks since that phone call and they never called me back.

After a year I've had to fix and repair almost everything they did ! Including water line to garden and fix all the stone they laid Including the gate that cost $1500 that a child probably did .Pot smoking on the job was difficult for me to understand why .. but got videos and still shots .

We worked hard, but couldn't quite finish our front deck project. Kyle at Outdoor Artisans was just the guy to hire for that final push to build a stunning pergola and put in the sidewalk, curbing and sprinklers. Kyle took out my lawn and replaced with drought tolerant plants. I was just done with the consistent maintenance and Kyle was able to come up with a seamless plan and get it done super quickly.
