Kaleigh did so well with my son’s first haircut! My son is 2 years old, has lots of hair, and is not the easiest to warm up to or persuade, lol. But Kaleigh was such a champ and handled him with so much care and patience.And the haircut came out SO well! My husband and I cannot stop gushing over his new hair. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Ms. Brenda! ❤️When Charlie first started coming to her, haircuts were genuinely scary for him. After going through numerous medical tests and hospital visits before he was even two years old, he had developed a very real fear of unfamiliar people touching him. In his little mind, if someone he didn’t know was going to touch him, it probably meant they were going to poke him or hurt him. He would literally shake with fear during haircuts.Ms. Brenda has been absolutely incredible with him from the very beginning. She has never rushed him or expected him to react a certain way. Instead, she has ebbed and flowed with his moods, met him exactly where he was each visit, and taken the time to build his trust. Little by little, she has turned something that once terrified him into something that can actually be fun.The moment that really got this mama’s heart happened before our most recent haircut. Charlie told me that he wanted to go see Ms. Brenda. 🥹 For the first time, he had completely separated *Ms. Brenda* from that scary idea of “the doctor” in his mind. And when we got there, my formerly trembling little boy climbed up and sat in the chair all by himself like such a big boy! ❤️That may seem like a small milestone to some people, but for Charlie, it was HUGE.In just over a year, Ms. Brenda has become one of Charlie’s trusted people, and that means more to us than I can adequately put into words. For a Saturday afternoon and before back to school I knew it would be busy even with an appointment made but Brenda got to my son pretty quickly. Brenda has always has a positive attitude and provides the best opinion when we want to change up my sons hairstyle. I only let Brenda attend to my son cause she is simply the best and my child feels comfortable with her vs any other person.

Casey was amazing. She made my 6 year old feel so good! There was another lady who was doing another little girls hair, and thank goodness I didn’t get her because she was telling the girl basically how tangled and crazy her hair was. The girl clearly shut down and needed her mom. I think her name was Daphne. So after witnessing that, and the kindness that Casey showed to my daughter, I was happy we happened to get her and will request her in the future.Thank you Casey!

I made a last minute decision to get my son’s haircut while in the area because I had heard many great things and they did not disappoint. The whole staff was so great and were able to squeeze us in on such a short notice. Ms. Daphne was so kind and patient with my 3 year old. The whole experience was 10/10. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Today my son and I visited Sharkeys in Rockwall. From the time we entered the door Miss Shelly was so nice and welcoming. The appearance of the salon was impeccable and well maintained. Miss Brenda was so kind and patient for my son's first hair cut. Despite him being less than cooperative she didn't miss a beat. She was very patient and accommodating to him and me and did a wonderful job on his hair cut. Thank you ladies for an amazing first hair cut experience. We will be back.
