IT shop were amazing. I dropped my iphone with drastic results. An after talking to some nearby shops - I had been told it was too hard, and I was better to replace the phone. Then I was reminded by a friend of IT shop - and was urged to call theem although I did so with low expectations. To my delight, they were 100% confident they could fix it in about 10 min - AND THEY DID!! PLUS the service was great AND they charged a very reasonable fee too!!

I called the IT shop around midday yesterday regarding my broken iPhone screen…that was after I had booked with another company close to my workplace. After speaking to Colin there, I cancelled my other booking and got to ITshop after work. The tech there, Shaun got straight onto the repair. I have used the store on multiple occasions for different devices, every time I have been so happy with their service and the result. The prices are better than other places for the same product, and better service. Thank you for getting my screen fixed in the quickest time I have ever experienced (I got there near closing time, and they got me right out of trouble!!)Simply the best service I have had in the IT space.
