I have had ongoing issues with my a/c that KBM has been able to fixed. The level of patience and determination to make sure the problem was addressed was top notch. Keith is fair and will take the time to explain what he is doing every step of the way. I am absolutely pleased with the level of service provided, as well as the follow up. I continue to receive routine checks to make sure everything was still in good working order. I will definitely use again, as well as highly recommend!

Mr. Keith came to my house last week to inspect and service my ac unit and he was very professional. He explained to me in detail on what I will need for my unit and what I will need to do to keep up with the basic maintenance. He was very pleasant to deal with and he didn't try to sell me things that I don't need for my unit His prices was also very reasonable. I will be referring Mr. Keith to my friends and family. I will also use him again.

Excellent service and pricing! Very knowledgeable of his craft! Called him at 4:30p and he arrived in 2 hours and repaired air conditioner just in time for upcoming 80’ weather forecast. Will recommend and is now our permanent hvac vendor!
