Do yourself a favor and go to someone who can properly plan a schedule/treat clients respectfully/make you feel comfortable/properly communicate procedures maybe one day they will work on their office so they can treat ALL clients EQUALLY and not with negligence. To me it seems like a simple issue of not caring, not lacking knowledge and needing training.
