Very friendly workers Dr kim was the best pulled my tooth in about 15 mins very fair price very little pain and loved the tv above the chair on the ceiling watched Netflix while I had my tooth pulled 😀 would highly recommend 😀

First visit. Recommend by my Son and his Wife. Super great staff. Very organized and professional. Facility is super clean, well appointed and in a great location for me. Dr. La was fantastic, knowledgeable and to the point. In my view, it appeared they accommodated me when they probably could have delayed a bit longer. Definitely alleviated my dental anxiety.

I recommend exercising caution when using Dahlgren Dental, particularly regarding billing practices. This review concerns the administrative side of the office, not the clinical staff. The dentists and professional team treated my adult son, who has Down Syndrome, and me with kindness and professionalism, which we appreciated.However, we experienced multiple billing issues. We were charged for a procedure that was never performed. We were also not informed of an additional charge for a fluoride treatment until after it had already been administered. In addition, I was overcharged for a crown.The front office informed me that charges for a deep cleaning and fluoride treatment had been reversed. Despite this, three months later, my son was still being billed $61 for the fluoride treatment, and I have yet to receive a refund for the crown overpayment.I also found communication with the office manager, Heather, to be unprofessional. My calls went unanswered, and my concerns were not addressed in a timely or respectful manner.Patients deserve transparency in treatment costs and accurate billing. Unfortunately, that was not our experience.

I have never been to a medical office with such warm staff! So much positivity and energy. The place is super clean and well equipped with very modern equipment. Makes you want to goto the dentist! And the music was cool and refreshing. 12 out of 10!
