When my family was living in Las Vegas and planning a move to the Kansas City area, I started researching realtors online so I could better understand the different neighborhoods. I came across Jaylenn through his YouTube channel and decided to take a long shot and reach out to him, along with another realtor.At the time, we were only looking to rent a home because we were completely new to the area and didn’t know where we wanted to live. One realtor immediately told me she couldn’t help because she doesn’t handle rentals. Jaylenn, however, said he would be happy to help us. Since he has a YouTube channel, I assumed he probably had a lot of people reaching out to him and might not have time for us. But it was actually the complete opposite. He responded quickly, was incredibly kind, and immediately made time to help.He set up a Zoom meeting with us and helped us narrow down where we should live based on our needs. We explained that we were moving to Kansas City to find a better school district for our special-needs child, and Jaylenn took the time to walk us through different suburbs, explaining which areas might be the best fit and which areas might not align with what we were looking for.Because we were still living in Las Vegas, Jaylenn went above and beyond to help us evaluate rental homes. When we found houses we were interested in, he literally mounted a camera in his car and drove through the neighborhoods so we could see what the area looked like in real time.
