Our family has only the highest recommendation for Jaylenn as a realtor! He helped us through the process both of purchasing and selling our home. We have been very appreciative of Jaylenn's knowledge - both regarding important things to pay attention to when choosing to purchase or sell a home, as well as with his understanding of the Kansas City market. We're also so appreciative of Jaylenn's honestly, availability and genuine care for his clients. With Jaylenn you can be sure he'll be about more than simply selling you a house. Rather, you'll be getting a realtor who will be in your court to help you make the wisest, most informed decisions when either buying or selling your home so you can have the best all around experience for your family!

I cannot sufficiently express how great Jaylenn Wong is to work with.I have known Jaylenn for four years now. We met through school in the Fall of 2022, and he became my realtor in the Spring of 2023. He worked with me for months to find the right home for me and my family in Kansas City. He regularly went out of his way to do video walk-throughs (live or recorded) of properties, as we were 1000+ miles away for most of our search. When I moved ahead of my family to Kansas City, he made every effort to accommodate any showings I might want. What I appreciated most about Jaylenn was his genuine care for me and my family in the process. His priority was to ensure that we were satisfied with the property we got rather than him closing a sale, even if it took several more showings than most would be patient for.If you want to work with an honest, generous, and caring guy, then this is your man! If I were in the market to buy a house in the KC metro, there would be no decision other than Jaylenn.

Jaylenn is a realtor with integrity who will act in your best interest, not his. We walked through many houses and he made sure we were aware of the things that you just don't know unless it's your profession. As first time home buyers, we felt confident with Jaylenn's leadership going through the biggest financial decision of our lives. Highly recommended!

5 star realtor here. Really went out of his way and did his best to help me out in any way possible to get the deal done. Really cares about his customers. Probably wouldn’t have gotten the same treatment from anyone else. Anyone else would’ve told me to eat the cost but Jaylenn really fought and had my best interest in mind. As a first time home buyer I didn’t know what I was getting into but Jaylenn really broke things down and made the process as easy as possible for me. Definitely going to be my realtor for when I decide to sell the house.
