Tim is an awesome Guy! Very pleased with his customer service and the product that he sold us. He educated us thoroughly on the water softener and the maintenance. His contractors showed up on time, on the date scheduled and were easy to speak with and were friendly. They were clean and they made sure their trash was picked up after the job. They were quick and efficient. Being in Florida you never know what you’re going to get from a company but we had no issues what so ever and highly recommend them to anyone wanting to purchase a water softener system.
