Be prepared to communicate with bots on the phone and via text when attempting to deal with this company. After getting over half a dozen reminders via email and text about my scheduled appointment today (which is overkill), nobody even showed up! No courtesy call from a live person, nothing. I tried to get an explanation via text but dealt with another bot that gave me the runaround. I tried calling the number on the website...same result! This is the fourth contractor that has ghosted me this summer...customer service is a lost art these days.

After chatting with what seemed like an AI Chabot, I scheduled an appointment for several days out. I got an annoying number of reminders including one 10 minutes before appointment. No one ever showed or called to say they were delayed. Subsequent text exchange was unsatisfactory. Chatbot said some was calling me, but never called. I am not sure this company really exists.

I had Kyle himself do work on my home.When I say Kyle worked, he worked his butt off.I had the entire house re-sided with wood siding that required quite a bit of caulk work on the battons and windows on the house.Kyle worked from sun up to sun down to make sure he finished in the time quoted.I find myself writing this review months after his work, because it's that darn good!His work still looks perfect and brand new.I cannot recommend enough!

One of their employees driving a truck with a trailer, was waiting at a turn around as I was waiting to make a right turn out of Oakland mall during a snow storm. When my light turned green the first 3 cars made their right turn and then their employee decided it was his turn to make a left turn in front of me all the way to the right lane which forced me to slam my brakes to avoid an accident.

Our condo association used Kyle Cord of KC’s Caulking to replace all of the caulking at our Swim Club’s swimming pool and hot tub. He also recaulked all the windows and the fireplace vent on one of our 2nd floor units. We were very pleased with the price, the quality of his work, and his warranty. Kyle is a great guy to work with and we will be bringing him back for more work. Highly recommended!

Kyle has done several jobs for me and both were excellent. My driveway and front porch sealed along with the walkway next to my garage. I will recommend KC Caulking to everyone.
