Had a great experience overall. The pre-appointment assistance was very helpful and made the process smooth from the beginning. The assistant was kind, patient, and professional throughout the visit. Dr. Puri was excellent. She kept me informed at every step of the root canal procedure, explained what she was doing, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. My entire experience with Sienna Endodontics was great. I called late on a Tuesday afternoon and was able to get scheduled the very next day. The staff did all of the preliminary work to verify my cost and benefits before the appointment. They thoroughly explained my coverage, options and potential out of pocket expenses which I appreciate as a self employed business owner.The facility is very new with state of the art equipment and modern exam rooms with ceiling mounted TV’s for your enjoyment on longer procedures.During the procedure, they consistently communicated with me to make sure I was comfortable and didn’t need anything. (I can’t confirm, but I may have fallen asleep during the procedure).Aside from the amazing on-site service, the dentist made two follow up calls to make sure I was well because she learned during the visit I had upcoming travel.While I hope not to be a patent there frequently, I am most comfortable recommending them should you require the service they specialize in.
